Play nicely now

The Guardian this week reported the case of several blogging critics of Sheffield Wednesday being unmasked. The judgment is up on BAILII.

Elsewhere apparently "claims of patent infringement are rife" within open source.

Yu are behind the time Mr Brown, that story was out ages ago!

Have you chosen that weekend in November yet?

Maybe, but the judgment wasn't on BAILII before - at least I don't think it was. I'll facebook you and JC soon, I was going to suggest the first w/e in December, but I don't think he can do that. In as much as he said "I can't do that".

Will there be a new post up by Sunday for us to discuss? Otherwise conversation could fall a bit flat.......

Every time I come up with something it's too far out of date by the time I get round to writing it - yes, even more so than the last post. I might try and do something about Abdroikof (police serving on juries) soon. There was going to be a rant about Ian Blair, but I think pretty much everyone else with an internet connection has beaten me to that one.

Actually, there could be a boring technical post about search engines soon, hold on to your hats.
